Studio TimeStudio time is paid for upfront in full at the time of booking. Additional costs are totaled and paid at the end of the session. Payments are non-refundable.

ReschedulingTo reschedule a session, clients must give notice via phone (this includes voicemail) at least 48 hours prior to the booked session start time. In this case, the client's payment will roll over to the rescheduled session. If the client does not show up to the session within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, then the client will forfeit their payment and the session will be cancelled. ***NOTE*** Sessions cannot be rescheduled & deposits cannot be rolled over without at least 48 hours notice

Session CancellationIce Cold Recording reserves all rights to cancel any scheduled studio session within 12 hours of the scheduled start time. In the case that a session needs to be cancelled by us, written notice will be given to the client's provided phone number or email address.

Please Be On TimeTime for which the client is billed starts at the booked session start time regardless of whether or not the client is on time. If you are going to be late, please call ahead to let the engineer know. We will not call you to make sure you will be on time. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the booked session start time. (This is out of respect for other sessions that may be directly before yours). If someone is picking you up from the session, please coordinate for them to pick you up on time. (There may be another session directly after yours).

You Will Be Held ResponsibleClients are held responsible for their actions as well as the actions of their guests while on the premises. Any damage to the premises (equipment, furniture, building, etc.) caused by clients or anyone attending their session is fully liable to the client. Any damages are to be paid for by the client in full at the time of the incident.

Gun Free ZoneNo firearms, weapons, or illegal drugs are allowed on the premises. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of a session and/or refusal of future sessions.

Use Your Time WiselyStudio time includes recording, mixing, and mastering during the session. It is up to the client to decide what to work on. Any work done by an engineer will be during the session only. Our engineers do not work off the clock. If there is not enough time scheduled to finish what the client would like, then additional studio time will need to be scheduled by the client.
